Bernard refused to add graciously the missing floor rubber mats for the 2013 Range Rover Evoque that I was getting ready to buy. The dealership cost would have been about 50.00 $ - I therefore canceled the deal. That was on Dec 19th 2024. As of today Jan 23 2025 the car is still sitting on their lot despite their lowering the price by 2,500 $ not to mention the daily financing interest the dealership adding up !!!! Bernard was very clumsy not accepting my request. Since then, I move on and bought another brand new car from another dealership who was very happy to get my business…
Robert in service was great to work with and was very helpful with the issue we were having.
Spoke with Robert explaining that where a loner vehicle was not available for weeks, that I could not wait that long. He was good enough to have the vehicle looked at the same day it was towed and determined the problem. Fortunately it was an easy fix and I have the vehicle back the next day.

Called the dealer and told them I was coming to see and drive a used car. They told me they’d have it ready for me to see. I drove 45 minutes and was told I couldn’t test drive it until I bought it. I was told it was to prevent people from taking a joy ride. I drove my 911 to the dealership. LOL! As a cash buyer I was completely insulted by the bush league behavior of this dealership.

I would give Jaguar Treasure Coast a Zero rating. Probably the worst experience I have ever had at any car dealership. I visited them this past Wednesday to test drive a car. The Salesperson was Bryan Carvajal, he was very helpful and polite, he answered all our questions. Roberto was great, highly communicative and professional. Eager to help and text back with information Warning, when looking for finance options check your own rates. They state they are preferred partners with Bank of America and chase and would get best rate. This was not the case as applying independently saved me thousands of dollars in a much lower rate. Buyer be aware. Also the service company vs another local service company estimated a cost over 400 dollars more for same service. So shop around.
